Wow, that sounds very thorough.  I hope you don't mind but I'm going to print off this list to use as a reference when I begin the process in a few weeks.   :)

hello June,

yes i do mind.....only kidding ;)  don't take our word for it, this is how we read how to do it. Hopefully I (and you can see) other people comments, who done this stuff before us. It will is quite stressful, all this legal stuff and being away from the one you love.

thank you :)

LOL   ;D
I'm a panicking sort of person anyway so this visa business will have me tied up in knots.  I will probably send much more information than I need to.  And require sedation until I hear some good news.
Good luck and best wishes to you and your fiance.   :)

These aren't helpful at all?  I thought they would show how "employable" I am and capable of earning a living.  Also trustworthy, hard-working, resourceful.....  now I sound like a boy scout.   :)

I would think since you are not allowed to work on a Fiancee Visa they are not at this point interrested in your employability.  I would think that would come when you go to apply for the next Visa after the wedding.  But that is just my guess as to why they may not be required.

Hello garry,

it is only a very little selection of messages/emails and the MSN has two print outs of out conversations about seeing each other, i managed to do some screen captures of our conversation history.

my one question, if we take out these, then doesn't that or not show contact between each other? They asked for these also on the email notification on the application: **** evidence of contact between you and your sponsor for example letters, email,
telephone bills, etc****

hey, we know that link!!!! that is what we studied to do the folder, as well as the other website!

thank you

Good point.  If my brain were working correctly I might've thought of that.  Or probably not.   :)
Thank you ancmc!

Rule of thumb:  don't provide personal correspondence or chat logs unless an adviser has read it from front to back and cleared it.  It doesn't matter how many people have personal experiences otherwise, or had good luck with it.  You have no way of knowing what a captious toad can read between the lines of your lovey-dovey chats...

If they question the authenticity of your relationship, which I doubt, they will give you an opportunity to show some stuff.  Your application evidence screams evidence of ongoing contact and authenticity.

And if you give them lots to read, they will pass it over to a toad to read.  And in the very best case it will take longer to make a decision.

Had to look up what captious meant. :)

Is this the only instance where too much information may not be a good thing, as I'm planning on sending pretty much everything I've got!

I have already gotten my Spousal Visa back approved but when I read messages like this it makes me more and more think that I should stay in the US so that I can start some kind of Non Profit support Group for those going thru this process.   ;D  My application was pretty much what they would call 'straight forward' it's just the thought of somebody else having such a big decision in their hands and not your own...

staceyann: I wouldn't worry, I'm sure what you sent will be fine!  Deep breathing!  I know it's hard to not worry!   :)
