*dorset cereals, which are all yummy, and mix in with yoghurt to make more filling
*fresh british strawberries alone or in a bowl of semi-skimmed milk

Or, to really beat cravings..

"Just gotta have Pizza"

one wrap or flour tortilla
few tablespoons of your favourite tomato sauce
some low-fat shredded cheese in moderation
mushrooms, a few pepperoni, roast veg, etc.

Microwave for 30 minutes and you have a very satisfying mock pizza.
It really does the trick and probably saves you like 18 WW points.

I would advise looking through materials from: http://www.hungry-girl.com/

In particular she has a lot of recipes that employ Laughing Cow light cheese wedges (1 WW pt per wedge) that are pretty great. And, in the UK, those wedges are pretty much EVERYWHERE. I use them on slices of apply...

Now, if I could get ahold of Tofu Shirataki noodles, the hungry-girl macaroni and cheese recipe is the bomb... I'd cry out for joy...

I think grapes or cherry tomatoes are great. Get a cup of those and just slowly munch them, and it really helps the urge to snack. Also, half a large Ruby red grapefruit or a large orange helps suppress my appetite. Plain air-popped popcorn is filling and not too high calorie. Hard-boiled eggs are a nice snack because they are high in protein, which keeps you full longer (and only about 70 calories per egg.) For snacks, I think it's best to keep it to one or two per day, at no more than 100 - 150 calories each, but only if your meals are pretty light. In other words, no need to eat 2 snacks if you ate a whole pizza for lunch.  :P I usually try to just opt in for the fruit over other stuff. It's sweet, satisfying, and healthy!

I'm eating Low GI now (not calling it a diet - honestly trying to permanently change my eating  habits) and I'm losing weight even though I'm probably eating a bit more fat - I'm just eating the right fats.

My snacks at the moment are 2 Nairns oatcakes (the pumpkin seed ones and the cheese ones are super yummy) with some hummous or cream cheese. I know I should eat more fruit but I'm not a fruit lover to be honest - I'd rather go savory and have raw veg with some sort of dip....

And I agree with Rynn - miso is really good and really good for you!
