Why would anyone pay that for jell-o when it's what we call jelly!

It's like the British food section in the Florida supermarket we went to that had Oxo cubes! I'm sure I can find an equivalent product there!

I've thought that too, but then I bought some jelly for my kids and it tasted of absolutely nothing--sweetened water with little flavour.  I've always noticed this in the little tubs, but assumed it would be different if I made some myself, but it wasn't different.  Maybe it was just the brand I chose, but I won't be doing it soon.  Of course, I wouldn't pay that much for jello either unless I really wanted a specific one for a specific recipe.  I don't see that happening (unless I needed a butterscotch pudding recipe. I have a few cravings for old recipes that used that powder, and I miss that.)
