Pumpkin Pie

Thanks everyone who had suggestions!  We've sorted out the pie (found I had a pyrex pie plate lurking in a cupboard here d'oh!). 

I haven't been able to find any pie tins over here, just tart tins which are much shallower. I use the tart crusts in the cold case but have to watch my pies like a hawk to make sure they cook properly and I get the timing right. I never remember to write it down afterwards! I've asked my mom to stick some MC pie tins in the Christmas box. Can't wait til they arrive.
