Transfer of residency

Does anyone know how long this takes to get an email back? I emailed them on Monday with all my info to apply for my transfer of residency and I still have not heard anything back. I am wondering if I should mail it instead. Please any  knowledge would help .  thanks in advance!

You can call them up to ask if they've received it, but it's best to call early in the business day. We did that, and I got a very helpful gentleman who confirmed receipt of our application and told me about the timeline for processing. All went smoothly.

Our shipping company said it takes 10 -14 days before they email your number.  It took us 2 weeks.
