But but... Amarillo... the Cadillacs!  Nobody cares about them anymore?  That's the first thing I think of when Amarillo is mentioned.

I drove LA to Arkansas many many times, and crossed the panhandle on I-40... I never remembered spraypaint, and for that, I am sad.  But I did stop, anyway.  I wish I could have left my mark.  I was always too lazy to go into town to buy paint and come back.  Maybe if I hadn't been traveling solo...

The funny thing is I knew about it.... I drove past soooo many times (multiple trips to LA, by car).  How I never remembered to pick up some cans of spray paint...?     Did you do anything cool?

I always wanted to paint something that was so great that other people couldn't bear to cover it up.  I'd have called it a win if it was still there on my next pass through.
