Proof of residence question for FLR(m)

Hi everyone

Further to the point above, I was wondering if the 3 bits of materials bulleted above had to be dated within 28 days of application submission. This includes: cover letter from solicitor, copy of acknowledgment received from registers of Scotland confirming that new-build property is undergoing registration, and lastly copy of deed being registered through registers of Scotland showing that the property is being transferred over into our names.

I think I remember from the first spouse visa that certain documents had to be dated within a certain time frame of 28 days??

Please correct me if I’m wrong!

Those documents do not need to be dated within 28 days, that rule applies to the financial evidence.

Hi everyone,

Hopefully this is the last update for this thread so I can stress about something else now in my application!

Please find 2 photos attached.
One is a cover letter written from our solicitors explaining why we aren’t able to provide the title sheet for the property and what’s been included in place of that to hopefully provide ukvi with reasonable evidence to see that we own the place where we are living.
The other photo is an extract from a 3-page document (signed deed sent to registers of Scotland showing the property being transferred over to our names).

Can anyone have a read through and help provide reassurance on the following: If you were an ECO, would you be able to discern that we own the address in which we’re living?!
