UK spouse visa - date of salary
« on: February 26, 2022, 08:56:14 PM »
I’m here again… questioning everything again. Looking to apply for the spouse visa at the end of March now.

Does my last pay need to be within 28 days of the application submission?

I.e, if I’m paid February 25th, can I apply with this as my latest pay after March 25th?

My official payday is the 27th of each month but fluctuates based on weekends, etc. March payday is the 28th.

Thank you all.

All of following documents must be dated no more than 28 days before the date you submit the online application:
- latest payslip
- latest bank statement
- employer letter

So, if your latest payslip and/or payslip deposit is dated Feb 25th, then the absolute latest you can submit the online application is March 25th

Or if using March pay, if the payslip and/or bank deposit is dated 28th March, you will have until 25th April to submit the online application.

Just a note: it’s easiest if you can post all your questions about your application in just one thread, so all the information is on one page that we can refer back to quickly and easily.
If you post multiple threads, it means we have to search the forum for each individual thread you have made in order to remind ourselves of all the questions you have asked and all the advice you have been given.
