Ready or not... this is happening!

Hello all.
My family and I will be moving to the UK in several months and I have loads of questions that I'm hoping I can find answers for while scouring this forum. My husband is British, and I'm American, we met while living in South Korea in 2007, moved to the US in 2013, had a little one in 2020 and now want to be closer to the in-laws. It's been an adventure and we're looking forward to this next big step.

Welcome!  What part of the UK will you be moving to?

At first, we'll be staying in London with my mother-in-law until we can find somewhere more permanent in Devon near my sister-in-law. Any ideas on where to look for rental properties in North Devon? We've been looking at rightmove, but it's pretty slim pickings.

Rentals are crazy right now (as is buying).

With Covid turning everyone into remote working, many fled the crowded areas for the coast. It’ll be better to look after you are here anyways as it’s SO important to SMELL the house.
