Docusign/Digital Signature OK for ILR documents?
« on: June 05, 2022, 01:50:42 PM »
Just got my employment letters and contract back from my employer and everything is done with docusign. I would assume that's ok in this day and age, especially post-covid, but wondering if anyone has any insight on that?

It’s been fine to use digitally-signed employer letters during Covid, due to the fact that people have been working from home and unable to print and sign the documents at the office.

If you can get the employer to add a line in the letter stating that they are unable to provide a wet signature on the letter due to Covid and are issuing digitally-signed letters instead, that can be helpful.
