Hi!

My wife and i have submitted her ILR application online and were aiming to pay for the super priority option.

Does anyone known when we would be have been offered the option of paying for super priority?

If the answer is "when you paid for the main application", can i go back and purchase super priority at a later date?

Thanks :)

Super Priority is only offered at the time you submit and pay for the visa application. Unfortunately there is no way to go back add it later.

If it is not offered at the time you go to pay for the visa, you need to stop before paying and then just go back and keep checking each day to see if the option shows up.

Super Priority slots are released at 1am every day, so you likely would have needed to submit at that time in order to try to get Super Priority.

If you have not attended biometrics yet, I believe you may be able to cancel the application and apply for a refund (which could take a few weeks) and then start over with a new application.

Thanks for the quick response!

Not blaming anyone but myself, but it would have been handy if the website advertised that more clearly. Of course, it might have and i missed it. As we have now paid for the standard application, it would appear we have to cancel an upcoming holiday (as it would take us outside of the UK) unless the Home Office are able to make any sort of amendment.

Edit: I suppose the alternative is that we cancel this visa application and resubmit it? Apologies, i missed your last point about cancellations.

Sorry, I edited to add that part after I posted.

Here’s the info regarding cancelling and getting a refund:

Correct, your wife is unable to travel until she receives her new BRP card.... which unfortunately will be about 6 months from biometrics....   ::)
