Robin's (long awaited) ILR

Hello friends!

I'm so ready to get this done and switch to paperless for all our banking and utilities! I arrived in July 2017 and my BRP is good until the end of the year. I passed the Life in the UK Test. I'm a native English speaker by nationality. I have one last trip to do this fall before I can apply and I'm working my way through the application. I want to have everything prepped with an anticipated submit date of October 14, 2022. It's just the document collecting left to do.

1. I'm at 7 docs to cover cohabitation over a 2.5 year period, every five months:

Sept, Apr 2022;
Nov, Jun, Jan 2021; and
Aug, Mar 2020.

That's okay right?

2. I'm self-employed. My husband is salaried. I've had at least £34,600 in an online savings account over the last sixth months. It's connected to a US address. Can it be used or would that foreign address make the process just as complicated as using my husband's salaried income?

I'm undecided about getting my citizenship so at this point it feels like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It's exciting to see familiar names from summer 2017 getting their applications approved--good luck everyone!
