ILR spouse docs review - have I missed anything?
« on: February 18, 2023, 01:28:05 PM »
We're looking to apply/submit end of February for my wife's ILR spouse route. Here's what we've gathered:

Her passport, BRP and birth Certificate
My Passport

Marriage certificate and divorce decrees from previous marriages

Correspondence from at least 3 different sources, for both our names, spaced out over last 2.5 years at 5-month intervals

Last 2 years' bank statements + letter from the bank confirming the account

Tenancy agreements from last 2 years, last two years' council tax statements/bills
Letter from Landlord confirming rent amount (as we're now on a rolling, monthly contract so no tenancy agreement from this month)

Financial - she's now earning above the minimum, so just using her job a proof:
Letter from employer confirming what they ask for
Last 12 months' payslips
Most recent P60

Life in the UK test pass reference number (screenshot from her account)

Also, since her kids from previous marriage live in the US with their dad:
kids' passports and birth certificates
custody agreement
proof of dad's address (phone bill)
Letter from their school principal confirming they're enrolled there

What do you think? Have I missed anything?

TIA!
