Mail for ILR
« on: May 18, 2023, 05:51:58 PM »
Hey everyone! I am going to be applying for ILR in the beginning of July, but have a quick question about supporting mail. I applied for my last visa in September of 2020, which was approved on December 30th of 2020; my BRP expires at the end of July. From what date to I need to start showing mail? When I applied for my last visa or from when the last visa was approved? Thanks!

Sorry to but in here, but I am about to apply this week and wanted to make sure.

I got my FLR(m) approved in March 2021, do I need to add to my correspondence this far back?

Dates I planned to provide for:
May 23
Dec 22
Jul 22
Feb 22
Sep 21

Should I add another 2021? And if so, to keep the 5 month gap, is April 21 correct?

Yes. You need to add March or April 21. For ILR the requirement asks for correspondence "since your last grant of leave to remain."  And you need at least 6 time points.
