UK State Pension - DWP's Questions

Not at all, end of September is when I hit it.

I will not apply for US SSA retirement benefits till age 70.

Late September for me also.

I've been having US state pension since age 62.  I was amazed how much it was, even taking it early.  It'll be WEP'd from September.

Quick update: UK state pension claimed online on Monday 19th June, award letter arrived today, 23rd June.  Exact amount as per the online forecast.  I'm impressed with the turnaround time especially given the horror reports of trying to get through to them (or at least the Future Pension Service) on the phone.
