Land Registry Doc for ILR quick Q!
« on: August 01, 2023, 02:30:27 PM »
Hi folks, I know this will have been asked but I’m not getting a search result for the last decade so just making sure.

Can I use the version of Land registry doc that you order online and is emailed to you? The doc list says “official” so I’m not sure if printed online will be accepted. I can’t see another way to obtain it though?

Many thanks 😊

Yes, that's fine.

The majority of people use the downloaded copy for £3 from the Land Registry website.

It may depend where you live.

In England and Wales it costs £3 for a copy, but I believe in Scotland they charge £20.
