Bank statements - January to August
Employer letter

Latest P60
Land registry doc
Latest council tax bill

Feb ‘21 - Letter from IRS (will they take a letter from US govt.?) - both

December ‘21 - Bank statement - both
May ‘22 - Royal Mail redirect letter - me
Council tax - husband
October ‘22 - Royal Mail redirect letter - me
Council (electoral roll) - husband
March ‘23 - Bank statement - both
August ‘23 - Council electoral roll letters- 1 each
Marriage certificate
Kids UK passports
Kids birth certificates
Letters from gp addressed to kids dated within 3 months
I also have the confirmation of appointment letter to bring to biometrics.
When I applied for FLR back in 2020, there was 3 pages/parts of consent forms for “home office to verify application information”. One for me, one for husband and one for any other 3rd party involved. I haven’t come across these this time around so want to make sure I’m not missing something. Is this no longer required or part of this application?
