It's hard to believe the time is approaching to apply for my ILR. I'm so grateful for all the advice so generously given on this forum.
I want to be sure I correctly understand the timing requirements. Here are my questions:
1. I arrived in the UK June 18, 2019. Is May 21, 2024 the earliest I can apply?
2. I'm using Savings for the Financial section. My April bank statement will be dated April 26, 2024. Is May 24 the latest I can apply using this statement?
3. If I apply after midnight in order to get Priority, will the application be dated the following day?
4. My bank could print an Activity Screenshot during the month. Would this suffice as a statement if it includes the balance and they write a letter confirming its validity?
5. Do I need to physically be in the UK on the date I apply? I may be on holiday in Dublin during this time period and I'm trying to understand if I need to come back to the UK to apply.
I suppose I could just wait until June to file the application, but I'm anxious to get this done as soon as possible.
