I suffer horribly from Dissociative identity disorder, and have missed my visa renewal date. Evisa expired on the 21st. I have been trying to get a document from my gp confirming my issues and the fact I do not leave my house due to agoraphobia.  Am I going to get deported, what do I do? I currently have a job(imagine tomorrow I'll be let go) I'd end of life if I had to go back to america

I would love to help but I’m just not sure since you have over stayed. I was hoping one of the experts would help. You’re only a few days over right?

I am, it had expired on the 21st, but I applied as fast as I could after. And left both my jobs. I have a waiver from my gp for the life in uk test, I'm giving plenty of proof that I've not stepped foot outside since I landed on my visa in 2019. My husband has always made over the threshold, Plenty of pieces of mail,  some in joint names. Some not. Loads of pictures, second wedding video(so nice we did it twice), letter from our neighors, sending my maps data, Facebook data. I'm probably sending too much. But I genuinely want to be here and a dual citizen

You did send too much, but I have my fingers crossed for you. Is there no hope for your agoraphobia?

As an overstayer, you have not only lost the right to work, but have also lost bill free NHS, etc. Perhaps get suitable private health insurance? Some things will still be free on the NHS, as they are to all visitors, illegals/overstayers.

Im so sorry for late reply( shame on me)Sadly no, I had a mental breakdown at work about 2 years ago, and haven't left the house since. I go into my garden, and every now and then a car ride. I'm gonna have to deal with the panic attacks at my biometric appointment as I don't think my husband will be allowed to come in.

I've covered on my medication for now, so fingers crossed nothing snaps or breaks. Full of panic but that's nothing new

It's for an emergency event that you might want to take suitable health insurance for, such on as the link I gave above:-

For A&E
(... emergency services provided after being admitted as an inpatient, or at a follow-up outpatient appointment, for which charges must be levied unless the overseas visitor is exempt)

Overseas visitor is someone who doesn't have settlement (ILR).
You are not exempt from charges as your visa (and therefore your IHS) expired before you put in a new application and the US don't have an agreement with the UK to pay their citizens health bills.

You would be billed 150% of the NHS national charges. Perhaps look for a suitable health insurance policy?
