Wife Applying for ILR after 5 years and 3 questions

Hi all, Thanks for all the advice that was given here for our previous 2 FLR's and well that time has come for us to finally apply for ILR and I am in the process of getting stuff together but I have 2 questions:

1)  Her status ends 12 August and am I right that it is 28 days before that, so that will put us into starting the online application anytime after 15th July??

2) Is the proof of living together the same as what we submitted for the FLR's, as we live with my Mam with me as her carer and it is rented from the local council.

3) bank statements, with all the banks closed around my area I can no longer go to a machine and print them out with the stamp on them to prove they are official, so how do I manage to get signed statements...Do it need to be a bank worker to sign them if so I will have to go to a local popup banking hub and see if they can help me.

She can apply anytime from 28 days prior to 5 years since her first FLR(M) was issued, right up to her current visa expiry date.

I see from your previous posts that her first FLR(M) was issued on 22nd June 2020... which means she reached 5 years on 22nd June 2025, and therefore has been eligible to apply for ILR since 25th May 2025 (28 days before 22nd June). So, she can submit her ILR application at any time between 25th May and 12th August 2025 (i.e. she could apply today f she wanted to (as long as she had all her documents ready).

Yes, only this time you need to cover the full 2.5 years since her last visa was granted, so you need items of mail in each name, spaced every 5 months (for FLR it was only every 4 months).

So, you would want documents from:
December 2022
May 2023
October 2023
March 2024
August 2024
January 2025
June 2025

You can either:
- print them at home and then see if you can a bank worker to stamp them
or
- order paper copies of the statement to be sent to you in the post... these will be considered official and do not need to be stamped

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. I didn't realise that the 5 years ended after the granting of the 1st FLR, I thought we had to wait till 28 days before her actual expiry. I will see if I get statements sent to me first or printed copies signed. Thanks again
