I am eligible to apply for ILR next year and I am starting the process of getting my checklist together for all the various items necessary. I've been collecting mail and would like to start finding the pieces I need so I am not stressed once it is time to apply. I also still need to take the Life in the UK test and knowing the date would help me decide if I need to start planning to take that as soon as possible. I have a question about when is the earliest I could apply for ILR.
I arrived on a fiance visa as mentioned in my signature. My first FLRM was granted June 24 2021. So the earliest I could apply is May 27 2026? This is 28 days before the 5 year mark of my first FLRM approval. My current visa FLRM #2 expires August 10 2026 so if I could apply from May that would be really helpful.
