If I am currently in the UK and returning home in March, will I be able to return in 4 months with my g/f or do I have to wait? We are madly in love and don't want to be apart. Any answers would help thank you. Please share any stories!

I don't understand what's significant about 4 months.  Do you think it might be helpful to include your immigration history here?

If you have an American passport, and never had a previous problem with immigration, you can stay in the UK for 6 months out of a 12 month period, as long as you don't work in the UK or accept public funds. Does that answer your question?
