I am working preparing a UK CV, so I can start seriously applying for jobs. My work experience so far has been in academia (US research institutions) so I have my resume in CV format. My CV has my education history, research experience and all relevant research projects, followed by technical skills, then a list of publications. However, looking at the other posts in the forum it appears that an academic CV is not the same as a UK CV. I plan on looking for a job as an engineer, can anyone give advice on what an engineering CV might look like?
