Getting married, but don't want to change name

I was never asked when we registered to marry if I wanted to change my name.  If I do nothing, do I stay Shell Maiden-name?  Or do I have to say somewhere that I don't want to be Shell Married? 

(I'm going the middle road of being Shell Married socially and Shell Maiden legally.)

You don't have to tell anyone - just keep using your maiden name.

Yep. I kept my maiden name and I wasn't obliged to tell anyone. Just go about your business as usual :)
