Italian food recipes

DH and I went to Sorrento for a long weekend a few weeks ago with some friends.  We had such a good time and enjoyed so much of the food we decided that we'd have a dinner party in a few weeks time.  Managed to get some of the local drink (Limoncello) and am now looking for some really good recipes for food.  (Other then the norm)

It's just an informal thing.....eating, drinking and watching "The Italian Job".  (Original version natch  )
