We're huge Gilmore Girls fans.   :)  The first season has just come out on region 2 DVD and I've got an Amazon voucher I'm seriously thinking of using it on.  I'm hoping that Hallmark starts showing the new season once they've finished this run-through.

I'm going to have to do "a Mindy" and just get the whole lot on DVD. I cannot fathom the darn tv schedules here ad I can never figure out what's going on when I do catch it!

Oh I know.  We've been trying to watch it but we get so confused.  She's with Dean, she's not with Dean.  She's going to Harvard, she's at Yale.  Lorelei's with Max, not with Max, with Luke, not with Luke.  It's so confusing.  I AM going to spend my Amazon voucher and get this from season one and watch it in order!! :)

My FAVORITE show of all time. The episode you watched is from the second season...many many seasons ago. Except it's basically the same story going on now just with a little bit of changes here and there.

You'll have to get it on dvd from the first season until the newest one...I've been watching it since the first came out and I've loved it ever since.

When I move to england I'll be so lost without it lol ::)

I must slow on the uptake..  How do you do it?  How much does it cost?  What site do you get it from?

I'm patiently waiting for season 6 to show on Hallmark..

Has there really been 5 seasons???  I think I need to get those DVD's for sick days and catch up.  I can't remember the last season I watched.  Rory was at Yale.

Funny, my parents want to see the first few seasons of GG as well.  They got hooked somewhere in the middle.  Now my dad wants to see from the start.  How funny, he is a die hard fan!  So in September I might be bringing them home for them.

:)  My sister just sent me Season 5 on DVD.   I love that show!

they took it off Nickelodeon so we can only get it on Hallmark now.  I check the Hallmark site every once in a while to see if the new season (6) is coming.  Season 5 showed here last summer.

I miss American Television.  My BIL was visiting and he couldn't get enough of the silly titles of reality shows we get here "Born with two heads"  of "World's largest penis"  "my penis and I"  etc..etc..  Just doesn't do it for me!

reviving old thread....

i got sky plut+ a few weeks ago and i rediscovered gilmore girls.  when i first moved to the UK in 2003/2004 they had it on nik on sat mornings, sunday nights, something like that.  then it went off and i kind of forgot about it...

now i've found it a 8/9am on hallmark... i'm somewhere in the middle of season 6 i think.  and i'm loving it.  i've got to read up on season 4&5 and some of 6 cause i'm a bit confused about dean in her life, now a new guy (rory)...

anyone else addicted?
