We had a roast chicken for dinner last night so we're having chicken stew tonight.
I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

Hoping I will feel up to making some potato soup a bit later. Maybe after a nap.  [smiley=sleeping2.gif] Last night was pizza and chips, and the night before was frozen fish.  :-[ I really need something homemade today.

Salmon fishcakes, veg, and possibly some boiled new potatoes.  BF wants a side that includes a cheese sauce but I am just not feeling it.

Mr. R. makes yummy Indian food!

We basically cleaned out the fridge of leftovers since we're going away today.  I had pasta with chick peas and tomato sauce with steamed broccoli and spinach.

I'm making tabouli, hummus and falafel for dinner tonight. it will be an experiment since i've not made hummus since 8th grade and never made falafel except from a box.
