What DH likes to call "KFC night"  - I made chicken strip wraps and chips, which he thinks is better than KFC.  :P Not helping the diet, but they were tasty and cheap!  ;)

Chicken and dumplings using leftovers from a few days ago.  I'm going to try rolled dumplings-I remember my Grandma making them when I was a child.  I usually do drop dumplings.

My very veggie chili, but for once I'm not using a bazillion mushrooms in it since I didn't have any on hand and had other veggies to use up.

Pizza Express pizza from the grocery store (Sloppy Guiseppe) plus it came with free garlic dough balls which the cashier at the till forced on me.  And red wine!

Something from nothing- threw together a chicken veggie stir fry from various bits and bobs of leftover veg and it came out quite nice!
