Thai or pizza.  ??? Undecided.

How about a Thai pizza?  My sister makes a killer one, so yummy.

ETA: This gave me a craving for Thai Chicken Pizza, so that's what we're having.  ;)

D is making said pizza, but if it turns out well (it smells yummy) I'll get the recipe from him and post it here.  I think the chicken is an easily omitted topping.

mapleleafgirl, you could use Quorn instead of chicken.

Got some dry aged steaks at whole foods yesterday, got some sweet potato chips in the oven (olive oil, smoked sea salt), sauteed spinach with shallots/EVOO.

Might make a quick mustard sauce, maybe as I have an open can of evaporated milk :)

Smoked haddock with a creamy tarragon sauce, cabbage/leeks/broccoli mix, and new potatoes.

Yum, pinto beans!!  I grew up calling that 'soup beans' and it goes perfect with cornbread.
I have some leftover roast pork and gravy, so that will turn into a pie.

I have a chicken carcass and chicken meat left over from Sunday dinner, so I am making Mexican chicken and bean soup.  Since we found some corn tortillas, we'll be having quesadillas on the side.
