Leftover butternut squash soup.  I stuck a parmesan rind in it while it was cooking yesterday and HOLY COW is it good!  I know how I'll be using my cheese rinds from now on!

Wow! Never thought of using the rind that way. Must give it a try!  :)

Tonight is a chicken, pea and parmesan risotto.

Oh yum!!!

Big YUM!   :D I took bits from a few different recipes and one suggested this.  I just put it in there for 20 minutes or so while some potatoes were cooking through and then scooped it out before I blended all of it.  It really adds something nice to the flavor.  :)

Split yellow pea soup (very chunky with lots of potatoes and carrots) and probably some chicken.

Boy made some bunless pork burgers and salad. All served with a glass of fizzy red wine (why yes I am a classy broad)

Mmm. Love this. Sounds great, and it's so cold outside!  :o

We're getting a Chinese takeaway to celebrate my new job, so we will definitely be having aromatic duck with pancakes and sesame prawn toast. Mmmmm.
