It is deliciously cloudy, windy and cool here today, almost as if Autumn is just round the corner and not two months off.  If only!  Threw together a lovely soup in the crockpot this morning, and made a fresh loaf of granary bread in the machine last night.  Mmmm.

Went to Monsoon this morning, not even knowing they had a big Half Price off everything sale. Found the red dress I've been lusting after for months. There was only one left -- in my size. And I got an extra 10% off because it was missing its belt.

Oh you lucky thing!  It was fate!

I love love LOVE Monsoon's clothing.  I've also been known to be a total Accessorize junkie.  ;D

They've got another new one - Marsha Marsha Marshmallow. It's my new favorite!

Holy cow!!!  That looks amazing!  Do they have the low-fat one yet. (A girl can dream!)

Since I've been back home, I keep hoping they will open one here in Michigan!!!  I actually look for it...just in case!  :)  I could have bought a ton of stuff there - totally love their jewelry.

Don't lose hope!  I just saw this flavour in the supermarket tonight -- of course, I'm in Chicago  :-\\\\

i love this place!
I was sitting outside this morning in the grey drizzle, looking up at the sky, wishing for a storm.
Suddenly, a flock (well, 4) swans flew by... flying so low, that i could see the sweet expressions on their faces.

But at least that tells me it still exists! I hope your sighting wasn't just a "last of the line" type thing. I'll be back in the US in September and some Chubby Hubby would be nice!

Two blissfully cool nights in a row where I could actually sleep upstairs in my real bed, and not on the sleeper sofa in the air conditioning down stairs.  (oh, my poor electric bill!!)

A haircut!  Did it on a whim last night....got about 5" chopped off so my hair's just above my shoulders now.  With high temps 'dipping' to 102 by the weekend, I was just ROASTING under all this hair!!!
