Me too    I saw the advert over the weekend and had a eureka moment!

I just saw the advert last week and was confused for about three minutes after.  I kept thinking I knew that model!

I can't stand the new 'Knockoff Nigel' adverts.

First off, who cares if the guy is downloading knockoff films. A knockoff film would be like Smith Williams in 'Hamcock'.

Secondly, I've never known an office where, if one person is downloading films, 90% of the rest of the people aren't asking for the link.

And third... why the 70s-ish theme?

I saw an advert today for some sort of toilet cleaning tablets. I can't remember the brand, but it starts with a 'P'. The dad is a bacteria 'fighter' and his son is in the background dressed identically and following his movements. The little boy is hilarious!

I hate the Toyota adverts  Ring Ring beep beep uhh huh....every 5 seconds....hate it

UGH... that one is BAD.

Ladybug picnic ad for Heinz salad cream.  It is/was a Sesame Street video and it has stirred something in my mind from childhood and it won't stop.

They played jump rope, but the rope it broke.  So they all sat around telling knock jokes.  Ladybugs 12, at the ladybug picnic.  AHHHHHH

We love that one. We've been singing it since it was on last summer.

And I got to mention it at a conference because somebody gave a paper on the BBC's refusal to air Sesame Street.

That Flawless deodorant commerical with the girl in NY and she is all about her armpits. Her voice grats on my last nerve, her fake smile and the annoying "reasons" to lift her arms to show off her armpits.


0o0o I found someone who replays the commerical lol..

Reason 1: Woman yells something like "Hey how's it going!" and high fives some guy while walking down the street. " I don't even KNOW that guy!!" She yells happily while giggling.

Reason 2: "At ease captain!" She solutes a door man who looks like a captain I guess? He just looks like a nicely dressed door man.

Reason 3: "TAXI!" She hails a cab which pulls up by her. "No thanks I'd rather walk" She tells the cabbie while pointing in the direction she'll be walking.

Reason 4: She walks through the street and pauses at an empty cop car parked in the alley way. "AHH I'm innocent!" She yells while raising her arms. She then takes a big wiff of her pits and says "And fresh!"

Reason 5: She raises both arms in the air and tosses a piece of trash into a can with one arm, while lowering the other arm and simultaneously caressing her armpit. "Flawless!" She swoons.

The one I like right now is the persil one with the robot coming out of the garage and starting to turn into a boy and playing in the yard in the rain and turns into a full boy- and they go something like every child has the right to be a child...dirt is good

DH and I love the Mr. T Snickers commercials... the new speedwalker one is pretty good....
