Hi all. I'm a new forum member and want to thank all of you for the helpful information I've found here. However, I have specific question which I haven't seen an answer for (I apologize if it's already been answered but I couldn't find it in the archives).
I'm in the process of applying under the HSMP scheme and am fairly confident that I meet requirements for approval. I'm hoping to work in the UK for two to three years, and then my plan is to enroll in an MBA program, preferably in the UK but I may also apply to schools in Spain, France and Switzerland. If I go to an UK school, will I be able to change my visa status from HSMP to student and back to HSMP after I've gotten my degree? Or would it just make sense to keep my status as HSMP during the time and not even bother with student status? If I go to a non-UK school and leave the UK for one to two years, will I be able to keep or re-activate my HSMP status when I'm done? What sort of restrictions or issues should I be aware of in either case?
