Do you have any photos on your fridge?

yes.. one of DH and me from our first trip to Sicily together  to visit my family..  and one of DD  when she came out of the 7 week stay in hospital when she was  4 months old..

Do you have plans  to see a performance of some kind  soon?  (play, concert, movie  etc.)

We have tickets to see Michael Thomas in July!  Very excited to see him

Have you ever been to a ballet?

Yes, many.  But the first, of course, was The Nutcracker.  I must've been about three then.

Which flag of the world is your favorite (just going by aesthetics, not politics here)?

I like the South Korean flag, aesthetically and symbolically.

What is your main source for news? (paper, internet...)

Internet mostly, although I do get the NYT on the weekends.  I really like reading the paper.

What's your most recent purchase?

a new epiliator. I could choose between that and vitamins. I chose to have hair-free legs over good health!

Someone gives you £200. What do you do with it?

Pay off some money that was loaned to us by a family member.
Now if we were completely debt-free my response would have been more fun!

You've won an all-expenses paid vacation for two people for three weeks anywhere in the world--where would you like to go?

This is kind of lame, but probably the US. 3 weeks would be enough time to take road trips around the country, maybe fly hear and there, and you'd see loads (beaches, mountains) and visit everyone you know. Also, I have discovered that I tend to get weary early when I'm travelling somewhere that I don't know the language. I don't know if I could do 3 weeks in a non-English speaking country.

Do you go to family reunions?

yes. but they aren't official 'reunions'  just get-togethers..

how long do you think you will stay at your current address?

Unless there's any major change, probably for the next year.

How many times have you moved in the last year?

Twice.  One move from Seattle to Glasgow and one move (right next door!) after we got here.

Which U.S. state have you not visited, but would really like to if you had the chance?

It's a toss up between Alaska and Hawaii

What US state have you visited and really couldn't care to go back to?

Utah.

Pick one for a vacation- snow skiing or water skiing (both locations are of course gorgeous and with perfect weather conditions for the activity)

Water skiing, definitely.  I used to be really good at it.
