I have a good recipe for Tortilla Wraps:
1 pkg of flour tortillas (
Grate some Red Leicester cheese
Fry up some streaky bacon
slice some tomatoes
1 pkg of cubed ham
1 container of sour cream
chop some lettuce up
Directions
Slice the flour totillas in quarters/spread the sour cream onto the tortilla/crumble the bacon onto the tortilla/add cheese, ham, tomatoes, and lettuce, wrap it up and stick a toothpick in the middle.
Great for parties. I made a tray full of these to a party here in England, and everybody loved them.
