Best: they always blow up SF (I like seeing SF)

Worst: complete disregard for the laws of physics

Best: They are entertaining, they teach me new recipes, and they show me how to do them.

Worst: They make me hungry and some of the techniques are way to complicated or I don't have the right equipment! (I really want a kitchen aid mixer!)

I never been, but will this year since I got a gift certificate to Debenham's.

Best:  finding good quality stuff for cheap (I hope!).
Worst:  getting there too late and they are out of your size in something you really like.

Best- being able to sleep in your own bed, eat your own food, have your own stuff and space


Worst- having to get back into real life, work, dealing with things again, uopened mail, etc

Best: not having to worry about missing something you really wanted to see

Worst: slow connections!  (also finding time to watch programmes you missed but really wanted to see).

For me there isn't much good at all in counting calories as I was obsessed with it as a teenager and became borderline anorexic. 

Worst:  everything.
