U.S Equivalent to plain Paracetamol ?

I ran out of paracetamol and I just know I am going  to be confused by all the Tylenol's/Aleve's etc and I've completely forgotten what the US equiv to Paracetamol is.......got a feeling it's acetominophen?

Help... got a headache that won't quit!

Paracetomol is acetaminophen... you can get it in the states as "Tylenol".   :)
