Stranger than fiction  Surprisingly good, i'm not a huge Will Farrel fan, but he was great in this and Emma Thompson is always fab.

The Last Kiss - I was excited to realize while watching it that it was filmed in my hometown (Madison, WI).  It was so fun to see the capitol, the UW campus and even the weather guy on the local ABC news.

The Quiet American

Really enjoyed it!
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

- from Anthem, by Leonard Cohen (b 1934)

Courage Under Fire - I'm not a Denzel fan but this was a really good movie.

Wimbledon ~ I liked it a lot more than I expected.

Seinfeld, Series 5, episodes 1-5 disk

We subscribe to Lovefilm and have seen every episode of Seinfeld starting from the pilot, thanks to Lovefilm.  I didn't start watching it in the States when it originally aired until Series 4, when I kept hearing quotes from episodes the next day, such as "he double dipped the chip!" and "master of my domain" and "not that there's anything wrong with that" etc. etc., so I realised I finally had to start watching the series to find out what it was all about.  Of course, like many people, I was completely hooked, and likewise, very dejected when it had to (inevitably, like all good things must) come to an end.
