Death Proof

hmm.. I seem to notice that there is a lapdance or sort in nearly every film he does ::)
But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

L'Enfant - a very depressing Belgian film that got loads of awards.....about a young thief who sells his baby for cash....then is rather surprised when his girlfriend freaks out ::)

Grim viewing.

Keane - small little film with the amazing Damian Lewis. Depressing film though about a man whose child has been snatched at a bus station

One-Hour Photo with Robin Williams.  Most of the reviews say it's very, very creepy, but mostly I just felt sad for the main character.

I just checked Amazon.co.uk and it looks really good, unfortunately it's not available for rental  :(  Did you rent it or buy it?

::newbie jumping in here::  The last film I watched on DVD was Clerks II. Excellent if you are into Kevin Smith's work.  ;D

We made the mistake of watching this and Insomnia in the same week - haven't been able to look at Robin Williams the same way since!  But I thought they were both really good films.

Fair enough, but that is how I saw it and I'm pretty sure how you did as well.  Right?
