protein powder

will it be easy for me to find there?  health food store?  How about ground flax seed? 
Im going to miss Trader Joes and Whole Foods!!

Holland and Barrett http://www.hollandandbarrett.co.uk/ may have what you are looking for.  Their stores seem to be everywhere and you can shop on line! 
Also, I've found that most towns have health food stores that should have what you are looking for.

You shouldn't have any problem finding the things you are looking for, but there is no replacement for Trader Joe's! I miss it nearly as much as I miss my family. 

Well, I have yet to find either of these things , especially Vanilla Soy Protein Powder, even Fresh & Wild (small container at a ridiculous price!!)  No ground flax seeds either.....So glad my retired parents are Trader Joes shoppers and love to send me care packages!!!  Sometimes, there are things you just cant live without!
