My daughter was given some thick piglet slipper socks.  I'm not sure where they were purchased, but they are disney, so maybe a disney store?

I never thought to check the disney store!  Thanks

I found some!  They were right there at Boots under my nose the whole time.   ;D  They had some Disney socks (Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Mickey Mouse) in single packs and two-packs, and then some two-packs of the Totes Bright Tots.

You can always make some from plain socks, using puffy fabric paint. That's what I did for my little ones. It works great.  :)

DUH I can't believe I didn't mention Baby Gap have non slip socks and they are quite thick, although not as thick as the Disney slipper socks I saw.

Get them now, though.  The UK doesn't beleive in slippers if it isn't Christmas. ::)

I know you already got them, but I just noticed Tesco is selling them for £1/pair.  I bought a few pair to fill my dd's stocking for christmas.

Always works that way, huh?  Right after you buy them and wrap them up, you find out that you can get them cheaper elsewhere....  ::)
