I love Waitrose even MORE now!
« on: December 10, 2005, 09:02:53 PM »
I was in the grocery store shopping mood tonight after work. We were wandering arond and I found Marshmallow fluff! I love marshmallow fluff! I got some in Copenhagen a few weeks ago and I'm almost out. I was stoked to find some here. Now I can have fluffernutters ALL year. They have a good amount of my American food needs...

If the only peanut butter I'd ever had was from the UK, I'd think it was nasty too! lol

DH said that Waitrose has been expanding their American food lines, so the bigger ones should now have loads of stuff that people seem to crave. He said they have Tollhouse choc. chips now which is awesome 'cause that's one of the very few things that I still stock up on when we go for visits....

Now as for this marshmallow fluff thing, that is quite good news as I have a killer fudge recipe that I used to always make at Christmas but I haven't done it recently 'cause I didn't think I could get the fluff here. So much for the diet.  ;)

It's only a small one. It went down really fast though! I've only had a few fluffernutters.

i saw the STRAWBERRY fluff there a few weeks back.  gross but someone may like it.

fluffernutter is peanutbutter (like skippy, no natural for a fluffernutter!) and fluff

preferably on white bread.

bad bad bad.  but sooooo good

i like pretzels and fluff.  sweet and salty. mmmmm.
