Graham Cracker (gingerbread) houses
« on: December 16, 2005, 05:00:04 AM »
I am looking for a project to do with the boys at the school where I work. I have 45 mins. at a time with a group of about 6-8 boys. There will be a total of 35 boys.

I was considering little gingerbread houses made out of graham crackers but----oops I don't believe I have ever seen graham crackers here...just always used digestive biscuits.

So help please!

Can I find Graham crackers (that I can get quickly and reasonably priced)?

If not--- any other fun suggestions????

Thanks for your help!

Helena

Sorry... i think you're out of luck on this one.
As you said, digestive biscuits are normally a great substitute, but they're the wrong shape for the project you're doing.   :(

I would use wafers, or some other square or rectangle cookie.
