teenagers and painful break ups
« on: January 06, 2006, 04:37:53 PM »
Well after going out for over 5 months Cassie's boyfriend has ended it today.

I feel SO sorry for her..first MAJOR boyfriend..I made alot of concessions for her and him...I really did like this boy he was everything I hoped for her...his influence made her a better person.

He has spent every evening at our house for months now..seemed kinda like one of my kids.....he was close to moving in with us at one point.

it has just changed over the last weekend.......he bought he a Very expensive phone for xmas.......

so tonight he came and got his stuff and said they needed a break...well we all know what that really means...

he has been with her every night for weeks so I don't see how it can be another girl.........

dunno...........

Now I have to go home and deal with the aftermath...............

Ice cream should be heavy on the chocolate. . . Load up on the tissues, and find a dart-board if needed, for that post-crying rage.
That's SO sad, especially if she wasn't expecting it.

Yeah totally unexpected...

Told her the needed a "Break"

She was just in here and asked if she could have some money to go and get some Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough...

I told her yes just this once I didn't want her wallowing in junk food!

What can you say..........we have all been there and know how bad they feel..........

nice that she can talk to you about this stuff and that you are there to comfort her. not many teens have that sort of relationship with their mother's.

hope she mends soon.

I don't have THAT great a relationship with her or Caitie...they learned along time ago to hides things from me cause they like doing things they aren't suppose to do..but I eventually find out and they get into trouble.

But I am always here for them...........

Aw, MeShell!  Give her a cuddle from us!

My first boyfriend ended it that way.  He said we were 'two pieces of a puzzle that didn't fit together.'  Okay, I admit, I laughed at that bit, but I was gutted!  He was the first bloke to buy me flowers, after all!

How about a little retail therapy?

Poor girl.  These things are so much more painful for teenagers.  Been there myself and thought it was the end of my world, but as I got older I realized he did me a favour by dumping me.   I hope she is okay.

Right now she isn't doing well..... she has gone around to friends...I think it the suddeness of it all. She said it is like someone dropping dead....it has just ended.........told her he was a dickhead and that his feelings has "just" changed....yeah right.....he better not have another girl friend....
 :-[

She doesn't even want to eat the ice cream she bought......

and she doesn't want to sleep in her room......they spent alot of time up there......watching DVD's and having fun
and he took her up there and told her it was over...insensitive clod!
