Have you been? Did you like it? Anything that is a MUST see there? Things that should be avoided at all costs?

I just found out I'm going on a 4 night stay to a DisneyParis Resort for Valentine's Day!

Go to Cafe Mickey. It's so much fun and worth every penny! Every 10 minutes characters come out and have a meet and greet. They wander around and dance. It's great! The other thing is the Aerosmith rollercoaster, if you're into fast rides. It's the best one they have there. I went on it about 10 times.

There's nothing I would suggest avoiding, it's a really nice place.

I enjoyed my two visits to Disneyland Paris.  Space Mountain is a great ride, so many positives.  I did not enjoy the Disney Studios, I thought it was lacking.

A great place to eat is at the Pirates of Caribeen ride, great atomsphere.  Have a wonderful trip.

It is called the Blue Lagoon restaurant.............

Disneyland Paris is my specialty...........I have been about 12 times and own shares in it.........because I love it so much!!!

I like the character dinner at the Lucky Nugget Saloon instead of the Disney character breakfast at Cafe Mickey..

Which ever hotel you are staying at...(the ones at the park) not the Disney partner ones......if you shop before 2 you can have the shopping sent to your hotel and pick up at the store in your hotel.

If the park is slightly busy be sure and make use of the fast pass...you can only hold one fast pass at a time...

after you go to the parades.........next days after use this time on other days to go ride..

I love the runaway mine train and the RockNRoll roller coaster.......

If you ride space mountain make sure you hold your head back against the seat back......or you head will get bashed back
and forth.......

There is a restaurant in the Disneyland hotel called Inventions....and it is was a all you can eat buffet with characters......it is fantastic!
if you want any other infor let me know......

LOL

cool answers!

thanks!
My bf has been there several times, but he wants to make it fresh for me. I have lived in Orlando FL for the past 14 odd yrs, and my roomies hold annual WDW passes there...I was wondering how it compared to those parks.

I am looking forward to the RockNRollr Coaster (one of his faves) and esp to Pirates of the Caribbean for personal reasons!  I know we are staying at one of the onsite resorts but not which one. It was supposed to be a surprise, but he let the cat out of the bag! ;D

MeShell (or anyone)...we are also planning to go into Paris itself one full day (we are there 4 days).
I know we get the RER trains but could use pointers on which specific line, what the fares are, etc
If anyone knows, or knows a link to find said info, I would reallyappreciate it!

http://www.parisby.com/transpor/trans3.htm

try this site

you can also book a site seeing trip from the Hotel New York and it is a full day bus trip into paris..they take you to Notre Dam and then on a River Cruise and to the Eiffel Tour......and then back to Disney...we did it one year and it was pretty cool.......

something else you might want to do is do the guided tour around the parks there is one for each park..we did it for DLP and they showed and told us things we never noticed before even as many times as we had been........you will have to look and see if you can find out stone it is in front of the big floral Mickey head at the entrance to DLP

thanks for your help and tips MeShell, and I'm really sorry to hear that you are having troubles.

I was able to find the RER info on www.ratp.info which is avail in both English and French...and the Paris tourism site has info on fares altho it was a bit tricky trying to figure if we need a full book of carnet orange or can do better purchasing individ fares to and from as we cross from the RER zone 4 into zone 1 and the ticket  info only specifies zones 1 and 2 ::)

Thanks again...
