Hi, I'm new here on this board but have been in England for three years now. I'm originally from Puerto Rico but went to Cornell for my BS and then lived in Manhattan for several years after graduating. Why am I now here? Because I fell in LOVE with an Englishman!
I have to say that the UK drives me insane and I have had trouble adapting/coming to terms with things here. I was just recently made redundant (worked in London) and am bored, lonely (being stuck in the boonies all day) so a friend suggested I join this board.
Well, this is me, I hope to meet a lot of cool people here! And, I am more than willing to share stories/experiences with my move here -- not all are total nightmares
