celebrity fitness DVD club

anyone fetch themselves a celeb endorsed fitness video or dvd?

are you using it ? is it working? would you recommend it?

I bought one last weekend that way I've got one to do when I miss going to the gym or when I can't go because of placement schedule.

Charlie Brooks Before and After workout
I'd give it about 3 stars out of 5.

It's a good little workout and it got me sweaty and the best part is that there isn't annoying chit chat ..but the music does my head in! I've done it every day ..it's got easy moves so I can do them when Jess is around (she'll want to join in or otherwise she will yap her brains out till you finish working out)

I think its a bit cheap of them to not add a little sleeve booklet with diet plan or tips instead of having to copy it off the screen thumbs down for that.

anyone else have a video they are using?

I love my Rosemary Conley 'Salsacise' DVD. I got it for xmas 2004 and its my most frequently used exercise DVD. But I must admit I had to get used to it. I found her a bit irritating at first.

They're not celebrities, but I do love The Firm workouts.

I've just ordered Budokon Beginning Practice and Tracie Long Training's 4 latest DVDs. (Tracie Long used to be a Firm instructor but started her own studio and company). They haven't come in yet, but sure do look good!

I have the Rosemary Conley "Five Day Fat Burner" which is quite good because you can modify it to be high or low impact and can break it into segments if you don't have time for the full workout.
