Today's main entree is a dish the kitchen staff calls "Chicken Georgia." This is chicken rolled in cornflakes and baked. Presumably, it's to mimic crispy fried chicken Southern style. In fact, it's not bad...but I can pretty much guarantee nobody in Georgia puts cornflakes on chicken.

I may go out for Mexican.

Yesterday - a Kit Kat bar

Today - leftover Chinese food... that I completely forgot I had!  I even did a little happy dance when I opened the fridge. :D
