The ever present sandwich. With butter instead of mayo or mustard. Today was plain chicken, and I spruced it up with my Filipino UFC sauce for dipping. I reckon sandwiches would taste lots nicer with mayo or sandwich spread, but, I'd be alone in that, so, I keep it to myself.  ::)

Leftovers but yummy ones...chana, moong dal and rice, and a tiny bit of cauliflower sabzi.

Tofurkey and lettuce sandwich, a pickle, a hard-boiled egg, a smoothie and some blueberries.  I think I will have the same tomorrow!

My mother's homemade "split" pea with ham soup, which she makes with whole peas.  I'll probably finish it tomorrow.

I have never used Mayo on a sandwich I don't like it. Only thing I use mayo for is tuna, egg salad, potato salad etc... That being said I still don't get butter on sandwiches.

I have side with Abbygirl on this I don't like butter on my sandwich's I can but prefer not to eat a sandwich without my heavenly Miracle Whip Light although I have found Hellmans Extra Light mayonnaise will do in a pinch of I don't have any Miracle Whip. I do use the Hellmans Extra Light if I'm making Tuna salad though it uses too much of Miracle Whip so it doesnt last as long.  :(  :\\\'(

I'm having Tuna salad on Triscuits in a bit I had a late breakfast.  ;)  :)
