No you can't!! Good heavens, that violates every tenet of the Binge Eater's Code.

What about pre-ordering a whole lot of them, to put in the freezer for...when company comes? ;)

I firmly believe that there is a sweatshop where eight-year-old girls in matching uniforms bake infinite batches of cookies, all while singing John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt.

Thank you so very much for putting that damnable song in my head. Hrrrrrmph.  >:(  ;)

Nope. not at all.

I'm a leader here.  I carried on but my daughter opted not to continue.  She has too many other things on her plate and none of her friends are in Guiding.  She came to a few meetings but it just wasn't for her.  It is definitely not as structured as in the US.  Girl Scouts knows exactly what they're about and how they can benefit girls' lives.  This is my third country and it is not necessarily that clear all over.  Also, campfires are over, as there is no wood to burn!

And yes, I miss the cookies :P

I'm not sure if Abbi will continue or not.  I hope she does because I think it will help her make some friends, but it's up to her.  LOL...we had a "cookie shop" inside a grocery store a few weeks ago, and this lady stopped and asked my girls why they were selling.  Now my girls are 8 and 9 and this is the first first time they've been in a shop like that so they were nervous.  Well she started berating them for not knowing, and then me for not preparing them well enough.  25 mins later and only one box of cookies bought, she moved on.  It was definitely a learning experience for all of us.

This year is the last year for the Lemon Pastry Cremes, which are my fav other than Thin Mints.  The supplier moved, didn't take the oven etc.....I'm having separation anxiety already....

I think the lemon ones are newish, they are good!

I've just made an appeal to my sister to send me some Thin mints.  She still has a box from last year (She is one of those works out at the gym, has the body anyone would die for kind of girls, yes, I do hate her sometimes!) she works in a school so I know she must have ordered more from the students.  Pray for me :P

You can even buy them by the case on Ebay!  OMG - I'd love to get connected...but I can't go there (sugar, fat, etc) anymore than I do already with homemade goodies.  (Unless I want the 50 pounds I lost back & then some.)

Personally, I preferred Ragtime Cowboy Joe to John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt.

I don't think there is anything ACCIDENTAL about it...  if it were my family, they'd get eaten at the airport.  or before.  or right after they were brought home..

My sister says she will bring them this summer, is she kidding, I need them now!  Might ask my parents next, they always have some too!
